Diedre's passion is on educating and empowering people to take control of their health and wellbeing. With her emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle management, individuals are able to make positive changes to improve health and general wellbeing.

Fran's working life was as a general and then psychiatric nurse for many years prior to management roles and business qualifications. For the past 10 years she has used this 'people' base to work with businesses and individuals particularly in the areas of motivation and attitude changes. She believes that when people feel good and are able to give and get the best from each other, both organisations and individuals can achieve great things.
